I am living in this property since the last April, I really love my place, this is very nice place to live in Miami,is close to everywhere, they are affordable housing, I don't have any issues with the management, they are so great, Those employees always are taking care of my apartment. I just want to share my great experience in this place. Also I would like to say since they are a tax credit nomination, they are in part subsidy for the local government, everything is always in good care, this property is continuously inspected, I strongly recommend my place, but I think they never have vacancies. thanks for taking your time to read my comment.
