I lived in Miami River Park this past year and it was a wonderful experience. Never really had any problems. Maintenance was always done within 3 or 4 days, residents are very nice, very affordable, and great location. If you are looking for a one room apt...this is the best for your buck. The 1/1 is a perfect good sized apt for one person and is very affordable. I like how cable and water was also included. I was very satisfied in my time at Miami River Park. I only moved to be closer to my work in Doral, but it Miami River Parks is close to everything..the beach, downtown (obviously), the gables, the airport, etc.
