Don't believe this sales pitch. See for yourself all the mold, mildew and rats in the walls (literally!). Request updated code inspection certification. Be wary of an elevator you WILL become trapped in, as it happens daily. Ask for recent photos, not ones featuring the non-existent pier that was rundown and fell apart years ago.

ONLY THE OWNER -WILLIAM- WILL WRITE A REVIEW COMPLIMENTING HIS OWN SLUM. THE PLACE IS DIRTY, OLD AND MOLDY. IT IS A BIG EMBARASSEMENT TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. MANAGEMENT IS SIMILAR TO THE ADAMS FAMILY. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF THE MONSTER FAMILY SHOW, THAT IS YOUR PLACE! PS: THEY DON'T FIX S@#&T AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY WAIT UNTIL THE TENANTS ARE BACK HOME TO MAKE THEIR LIVES MISERABLE WITH THE NOISE THEY GENERATE WHILE SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER. COULD YOU IMAGINE RENTING IN A PLACE WHERE THE IN-SITE MANAGER WON'T WEAR SHOES AND THE OWNER WON'T WEAR A SHIRT????? I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!!!

I couldn't agree more with the above statements. I like the latest post obviously from the manager/owner confirming what a jerk he is saying that previous tenants are trying to ruin it for the rest. I am not ruining anything for him. I never lived there. I went there looking for an apartment and was appalled at the condition of the place. It is run down like a sleazy motel. Once you move in you will be sorry

If you want to live in a disgusting fetid place with guetto fights and low class tenants, go ahead...you'll be sorry! The building is noisy and extremly dirty. The landlords are as retarded as you can get, best known within the community as Dum & Dummer.
