If you want to be miserable and live in a building that should be condemned, come on down! We have had rats, roaches, termites and cheapskate penny pinchers for landlords! They post the same 2 pictures of this dump from when it had an ounce of respect. Why not ask for a recent photo set'

Not staying long' Don't worry! Nobody does once they've experienced the Mid Bay Club lifestyle. We've even got a permanent For Rent sign out front that is fading from the sunlight. It's great at Mid Bay!

The furniture is picked from the garbage (literally!) and hand selected to coincide with the faded, moldy mildew carpeting. Don't like padding underfoot' No problem! We've got dingy, tattered carpeting that when you wipe your feet on it, it actually gets more clean right before your eyes!

What about air conditioning, you ask' Who needs it! We don't and neither do you. The breezy draft coming from all the doors and windows is enough to air out the stale musty funk with every gust.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!

I totally agree with you. The landlords belong to a trailer camp and the building manager to some underground misfortunate place in Brazil. The only thing about the place is that you can bring any kind of animal in. If you have four (100 pounds) American Bulldogs you are welcome. Even if you have an elephant they will consider you a good candidate. Don't expect any background check, they will take you no matter what you do. >>>>> RUN FOR YOUR LIVES
