A 27-Unit building offering full-sized apartments with balconies, patios, walk-in closets, wireless Internet service, and virtually unlimited parking. All units now have tile floors or new carpeting. Many appliances are recent acquisitions. The property remains family-friendly, but typically has a quiet occupancy of only one or two pleasant people per apartment. Residents are allowed use of two sea kayaks to explore the bay.

Bring an air mask so you aren't affected by any airborne mold when you look around. And do NOT come on a hot sunny day, as we will not be able to mask the fact there is little if any working air conditioning. But that is okay, as florida has few if any hot sunny days. And bring ear plugs in case you hear scratching within the walls and ceilings. There was a known rodent problem in the building and we would hate for you to see any of the resident rats (besides the landlords of course!).

This, like the other negative reviews, are the contrived product of a particularly immature (and now eradicated) former tenant who did extensive damage to the apartment he improperly occupied. Because he will soon be losing greatly in a coming court case, slander is his desperate effort. If he really stood behind the comments, don't you think he'd provide contact info? ps: Not only does the buidling meet all codes, but city officials also live in the building!

ONLY THE OWNER WILL WRITE A REVIEW LIKE THIS. THE PLACE IS DIRTY, OLD AND MOLDY. IT IS A BIG EMBARASSEMENT TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. MANAGEMENT IS SIMILAR TO THE ADAMS FAMILY. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF THE MOSNTER FAMILY SHOW, THAT IS YOUR PLACE!
