I just moved from here. Landlord is a thief! Renters Beware!!

This building is riddled with problems and has never been upkept. The ceilings leak. The water heaters break and flood other apartments. The amenities are run down. Some apartments are uninhabitable. Landlord promised improvements to leaky a/c, wires hanging out of electric outlets, paint chipping from walls due to serious mold problem. The best thing going for this property is that it is waterfront! Who cares when your health is in jeopardy from the unsafe mold levels in building.
