I'VE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 5 YEARS, AND I LOVE THE BUILDING !!!
LIKE LIVING A VACATION EVERYDAY, I HAVE A BREATHTAKING BAY AND SKYLINE VIEW FROM MY BALCONY THAT I WOULDN'T CHANGE FOR ANYTHING.
THE BUILDING IS FROM THE 1960'S, BUT EVERY YEAR THE OWNERS AND MANAGER OF THE BUILDING MAKE UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS.

IF YOU WANT TO LIVE AS LIVING IN THE KEYS, THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME!

roaches as any other building in south florida ,DID YOU CHECK TROPICANA APARTMETNS?? IS WORSE AND DISGUSTING! WE ARE ON THE WATER !!!! place is nice and safe , I RECOMMENDED !! BEFORE OPENING YOUR BIG NONSENSE MOUTH, GET INFORMED. NOBODY LIVES FOR FREE!!! EVERYBODY HERE PAYS RENT, NOT LIKE YOU ...I REMEMBER WHEN THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT CAME TO EVICT YOU, YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL WHAT THINGS YOU SAID. STOP DENIGRATING THIS BUILDING AND GET A LIFE!!!
