All positive reviews on this site are full of ----.
All negative reviews are absolutely 100% TRUE! I don't know who this "former tenant" is, but stop on over and ask a REAL tenant.
Some points:
-I can easily hear the slumlords talking/yelling outside often.
-Serious roach problem with some centipedes and some weird fly/mosquito hybrid thing.
-Mold, peeling paint.
-Everything is dirty and very old.
-Unstable internet for mooooooooonths, but FINALLY has been fixed...for now.
-Crappy old furniture.
-No quarter machine in the laundry room and only 2 washers and dryers for the whole complex.
-Ancient elevator.
-Annoying whiny dog barking everyday.
-Doesn't give any notice when a service person/maintenance is coming inside your unit.
-Pool water looks muggy.
-Constantly receive mail posted for previous tenants.

**I'm posting this anonymously because I don't want any conflict with the slumlords since I see them everyday.
***I am an honest person.
I'm not out to get anybody.
I'm just looking out for prospective tenants.
I don't want them to go through the same thing I did and waste their money and a whole year of their lives.

Congratulations on your post, Mid Bay Hell is the most disgusting building on planet earth. The landlords are -----------, uneducated, empty-headed, rude and unrefined people; specially the --------- who runs the place coming from some -----------------------. Ask anyone in the surroundings and listen to what the community has to say about the crappy-third-rate slumlords...

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE ,IS LIKE LIVING IN THE KEYS , THE MANAGER IS VERY SWEET AND ALWAYS TRYING TO HELP, BUILDING IS OLD BUT OWNERS ARE ALWAYS DOING SOME IMPROVEMENTS.

Seriously, don't make the mistake of moving to a dump. These people are right and the pics show the delapidated ewww apartments.
Place is roach infested and they don't give a damn but they are quick to come after you for rent. Landlords are obnoxious/loud and always fighhting. The manager is sweet as a lemon.
If you are renting in the area, you are better of at the Tropicana apartments for the same budget.Dirty parking, poorly maintained, no safety in the neighborhood and they lie when when they offer a boat dock.
Not recommended at all, it is a disreputable place.

Totally agree. This place is horrible.....i found over 40 dead roaches when i put the bug spray and before this, i did the spray almost every month. can you believe this? every month spray and still so many roaches. and they never do some serious actions to get rid of this problem.
the maintainence is horrible too........they never pay specialists to fix things. they do it by themselves. and it takes long time to fix things, because they are so busy in the morning doing paper works and they can only start to do real things around four in the afternoon.

I lived in this building years ago, and personally i never had a problem with the landlords or the manager.
I agree the building is old but the owners have great intentions to make it better,they are always working to improve the apartments and they are very nice people.
TO BE HONEST WITH ALL OF YOU THE PEOPLE THAT WROTE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE THOSE THAT CAUSE PROBLEMS AND WAS THE ONES EVICTED FROM THE BUILDING.
BY THE WAY..... DON'T BE A COWARD AND SHOW YOUR FACE, YOU SAY THAT STILL SEE THEM EVERYDAY....IF YOU COMPLAIN SO MUCH ABOUT THE BUILDING WHY YOU STILL LIVING THERE?????

i recommend the place, i lived here for 15 months and the apartments are upgraded. the bad reviews are from people living at the building many years ago, HEY!!! THINGS CHANGE!!! AND THIS PLACE IS THE BEST OF SANS SOUCI AREA, NO DOUBT!!! COME AND SEE OR CHECK ON THE PICTURES

I've lived here for about 6 months and I LOVE the place. The view is amazing and I haven't had any problems with my apartment or the landlords. They're actually the nicest people I've met since moving to Miami. And they're constantly working on improving the building.
