I've lived in the complex for 3 years and my car was broken into twice in the first couple of days residing there and once more shortly there after. There have been a few incident's where homes have been broken into as well. And if that isn't scary enough; We are now getting notes from the Leasing office saying that a "Peeping Tom" has been spotted (in both complex's)looking through peoples patio doors fondeling himself.

In addition to the safety issues, we also have a lot of "Parking" issues. The parking is limited to 1 parking per every 2 bedroom apartment, which as we all know, is clearly not enough. But beware! If you don't find parking because they are all taken, you can't park in the only available space which is infront of the dumpster because our kind Leasing Office won't hesitate to tow it, or, if they are having a good day, they will simply stick one of those WARNING stickers
on your Driver-side window. If this is the little consideration tenants get while paying their high-priced rent, i'd rather not renewmy lease!!!
