This is a complex that has gone condo but has units for rent. My unit featured all new fixtures and appliances. The kitchen is outrageously small. Storage space in the apartment is non-existent. Grounds are well-kept. Kids can be noisy as there isn't really a place to play. Pool area is small but nicely kept. No room for a washer or dryer in your unit. Bathroom is small. Everything is small. But I guess that's Miami...if you want something clean, nice, and affordable, you will have to settle for small. EXCELLENT location. Right on the Dadeland North metro stop. There's a CVS, a bank, the mall, Publix, Target, etc. VERY close by. Right off of US 1/S. Dixie Hwy.
