I lived here for almost 2 years before I could afford to leave. I lived downstairs and could hear everything upstairs. the office staff was nice, but manitenance usually took 3 or 4 visits to fix things right, and only after lodging numerous complaints. It took 4 months to fix my bedroom windows, 4 days for my refrigerator (door fell off), 4 days for a sliding glass door after kids threw a rock through it, and 2 months to get them to clean the mold out of my AC coil.

The AC coil was the worst, they only wanted to vacuum and brush it, but that did not clean between the coils. I kept telling them they needed to use a biocidal foam, which they finally did.

Parking was never really a problem. Grounds maintenance was a joke. They never fixed the tiles in the hot tub, or the surface and lights of the tennis and racquetball courts. I lived near the pool and people were there at all hours of the night playing music and yelling.

Make sure you visit a couple different times before you move here, and do a thorough inspection on the apartment you are moving into before you sign anything!
