Maintenance is bad.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived at Monticello for one year. I had my newborn baby while living there. My AC broke when my baby was 2 weeks old. I had to complain about it many times in both cases. After that, they still didn't come in to fix it and I had to stop one of the maintenance guys that I saw outside, and asked him to fix it right away. I even told them I had my newborn baby in the apartment with no clothes on the whole day for over a week. Well besides the many times the AC kept breaking through out the year, towards the end of my lease term, my apartment began to have mold everywhere in the apartment. I complained to them to please fix it, because it was hazardous for my family and I to live under those conditions for 2 more months. Of course, I didn't get any responce from them after so many times complaining, and I left the apartment, with the mold still as a problem. I'm sure that when they do their usual cleaning after a tennant moves out, they saw the mold and fixed it then. Anyway, my point, the maintenance service there is bad. Before you move in here, ask one of the current tennants how they like it, and especially ask them about the maintenance and service. Who knows, maybe they have changed their ways since last year.
Good luck! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
