Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I signed a 1 year lease with these people and I have to say I had the worst experience from this place. It's suppose to be a gated place and the gate was constantly broken. The AC was always giving me problem and maintanence never showed up to fix the problem. They were quick to tow my car because I didn't have a stupid decal to park in the lot. Whenever I went into the office about something no one was willing to help me right away. I don't know if they were racist or not but it sure felt like they were discriminating. I finally decided to break my lease and move out!
