Apartments structure is old, but in fairly good conditions, equippment is old, and cabinets in need of replacement. rent high, OVERALL. - POOL AREA DETERIORATING, BUILDING DETERIORATING FAST, SPECIALLY AFTER THE PAST STORMS !!!
