I have owned an apartment here for 2 years. Never a problem, the HOA is fine.

So the HOA finally took over? If so, that's great before I left, they hadn't and the management there couldn't even put in speed bumps to keep the children running around building 10 and 12 safe from the many reckless drivers. Until the day I left there, everything was still "out of their hands" but if it's true that the HOA has finally taken over that means that they sold enough units. Glad to hear it. My experience was MUCH different.
