This community is a total disaster. Let me start off by writing about the parking. If you FIND and parking spot, because you are only given 1 spot for 2 ppl, be sure you bring a stick of butter, or can suck your stomach all the way to your back. The parking spots are the exact size of your car, if you drive a small car, if you drive an Expedition, or van, GOOD LUCK! Then, your parking spot is no less the 60 feet away, and when it rains, get ready to get your pant legs wet, water in your shoes, because the roads get floated because the drains don't take the water down. Now the upkeep of the property, the grass gets cut once a month if that, and the only place when it comes to the grass and trees that gets cut is the leasing office, that is the only place in the community that has trimmed trees, green grass, and well, i guess grass at all, because most of the communities grass is dead. For the price i pay here, it definitely is not worth it, $890 month, I don't think so, and i wont give them the satisfaction of breaking the lease, and having to pay them to do that, and then they keep my deposit, so i will stick it out until the lease is over, and move on and move on quickly. The parking has been the same since i moved here, but i must say, that recently, all these other things have started to dwindle down, and so the community is nothing like it use to be. The entrance gate for the buildings in my area of the neighborhood is always broken, always always broken. THIS NEIGHBORHOOD SUCKS!!!!!! DO NOT RENT OR PURCHASE HERE, KEEP LOOKING, DONT TRY TO SAVE A DOLLAR. THIS MAY BE CHEAPER, BUT YOU WILL HATE YOUR DECISION IN THE LONG RUN!!!!
