I have lived here for over a year- there are a few compliants like repair never getting done or done half assed. The guy above me had a leaking hot water heater that soaked through my ceiling and down the wall and onto the carpet- it completly saturated my entrance way- the carpet ruined and the wall not so pretty. Only thing maintence did was repair the leak and leave me to clean up the mess. Needless to say the carpet is moldly now. I hear some recent complaints about mold in the walls and vents- so far nothing in ours.
But the apartments are large and grounds well kept. The management isnt the nicest of people but accomdating when presented with easy questions!!!
Basically I would suggest it only becuase it's one of the nicer apartments in "North Cuba" aka Miami. But if I ahd it my way I'd get the hell out of Miami.
