Nob Hill in general is a great place to live. Maintenance is always prompt, and they provide you with things most places slack on like replacement lights and all the airfilters you want. One time we needed something that the maintenence staff didn't have so the same day the guy went to Home Depot to get it. The grounds are pretty and well kept with lots of trees.My favorite part is the size of the units. Ours is great it has a big livingroom and bedroom and the best part is the HUGE walk in closet (I've had a bedroom smaller than this thing) There is great highway access and the grocery store is 2 minutes away. My only complaint about this place is the parking. We have 1 spot and 2 cars. We live at the front of the property and guest parking is all the way in the back, so our visitors and us are always having to hike for 10 minutes getting to our apartment.

lights?? ya they only give you lights for the kitchen, which is diff than all the other fixtures. The biggest problem is the leasing office staff people, especially Lily...don't deal with her at all!!!

Lily needs to be replaced along with the rude security and the light fixtures.
