Good Position in Kendall but slow maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 

The position in Kendall is very good.
Maintenance is very slow.

Nobody showed up after repeated maintenance calls in some occasions.

Buildings are very old.

Window lock does not work properly.

Parking lots flood during rain.

Office staffs are not very helpful in resolving issues.

All the units are being converted to condominiums.
