It's taken them 6 months to finally get around to finally fixing the elevator, despite the fact that elderly people live in this building and have been seen hobbling up too many flights of stairs, clinging to the railings for their dear life.

The roof leaked during Hurricane Wilma, causing a lady's roof to collapse.

Neighbors are moderately noisy and loud music can often be heard.

Traffic in the area is very bad.

Also, they have a habit of cutting trees down at 6am during the weekend.

Noise and traffic are a HUGE problem throughout Miami-Dade. I don't know what's worse, the school transport vans honking at 7am, or the moronic landscapers turning on their chainsaws at 7:30am.
