The rent has gone up and grace period days are fewer, no proper elevator, laundry stinks and water slow, garbage all over the place, unfriendly and discourteous staff, no one listens or attend to your complaints and off course still cockroach infested.

I agree with this post. I just moved into this apartment complex about a month ago. The neighbors are disgusting leaving trash everywhere and playing loud music all day. One of the elevators don't work so you have to wait forever just for one...it's just better if you use the stairs. The hallways smell like rotten garbage. When I first moved in my apartment had cockroaches and I complained. They did nothing but spray the apartment one day and it didn't get rid of the problem. The neighbors are really loud and obnoxious. Across the street you always hear gunshots going off..I wish I would of did my research before moving into this complex. Whoever wants to move into this complex please don't because you will regret it....
