I've had nothing major to complain about in 2 years here. The apartments are big (the 2 bedroom apts. are about 1400 sq. feet and closets as big as some people's bedrooms), the views (on the upper floors; the beach is right across the street) are incredible; the fitness center is decent (free weights and machines), and because the complex was built 30 years ago (though updated and renovated recently), the construction is not as chintzy as in some newer apartments. The staff is sometimes clueless but generally OK and maintenance complaints have been addressed promptly. For the hefty rental price, it would be nice to have washer/dryers/microwaves in the unit and free parking for guests (there is no street parking around here and guest have to pay $3 to visit).
