Nice building, a few flaws...

I have almost lived at One Broadway for a year now. The reason I moved there is the good location and new apartments, prices are reasonable with the Brickell area rates.
The good:
-Front desk is usually very helpful
-Management is helpful and assists you promptly whenever you have something wrong
-Nice pool and gym areas (although could use more weights)
-Good security unlike many other apartments in the area
-Covered parking
-Quiet apartments, very clean hallways and building
The bad:
-Parking is assigned by apartment automatically, so even if you pay for a Penthouse place you will be parking in the last, furthest parking spot available...
The parking gate is stuck open alot of the time, which ruins the security factor
-Valet service is bad, a few times I have had to actually go in to look for the valet guy in the lobby where he is talking on his phone to park my car
-The building is designed around this credit card sized security card that you must carry with you everywhere - you must also have it to enter and exit the garage which gets incredibly annoying (most buildings use a transmitter / garage door opener device)
