always a great place to live, I moved to Miami after Wilma and one Broadway was right on track, affordable, secure, amazing ergonomic views of the city from inside as well as the (huge compared to my other friends) balconies. The one beds start at 1500 and two are around 2300, the best deal is the (almost 2000sqft) three bed if you can find roommates. No kids either, very good background check for people to live here as well. Staff is amazing...I think most of the guys came over from the 4 seasons.
