OneBroadway is a beautiful building and always well kept. Great location for the downtown working class people. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly which enhances the property. However, with poor management skills of the property manager and leasing staff, Onebroadway my not be so successfull in the near future.
Like every place, that you rent or live there are always pros and cons, however when management is rude, illiterate and incompetent then there will be future problems. A good example was when my husband was stuck in the elevator after christmas day and the management staff was no were to be found. When I notified her of the problem when she came back from her vacation, she insincerely apologized and dismissed my husbands situation. Another thing is that they always put up memos regarding notifications of repair and so forth and they have several grammar, communication and spelling errors.
Parking is always a problem and will soon be very limited when and if the property becomes full. Theft has already taken place of motorcyles and my neighbors tag.
The Property Manager seems underqualified for her position. She doesn't know how to communicate in English nor in Spanish and doesn't seem to care about the tenant's concerns. I was also told by my neighbors that she is flirtaious with male tenants.
I hope her superior reads these ratings and acts accordingly.
Sincerely,
Ex-tenant.
