I toured this place last month, it was a first class apartment building (Construction, marble, nice pool). However the people totally ruin it - tenants and management/maintenance/operations. Even the rich South American (90% of tenant population there) speak only Spanish and broken English. Where I come from in Chicago only poor -------- speak spanish.
This is an atmosphere where even the fat cat "Tony Montana" types don't even speak English - only Spanish. The people there carry about noisily and are very rude, as most are in their late 20's/ early 30's and have no respect whatsoever for anything. As far as the maintenance, none of them speak English either. What I'm describing is real; on top of this the management there charges you an extra $200/month until your lease expires if you are more than three days late with your rent check...

Unfortunatley for you my friend this is Miami and most people have international backgrounds. In regards to the entire management team and security team speak English and are extremely accomadating. I love living here and like in any apartment complex there are rude or abnoxious people but for the most part I find my neighbors to be pretty nice.
