AMAZING CATCH, so you get into this place with only $6OO DOLLARS just pay security and that's it correct, but the hidden late fees penatly charges and the worse the Property Manangement completed sucks the life out of you. You will think in todays society they will work with you but no they ---- YOU over. You get charged late fees if your still late 1 day; if you're 2 months such as in my case you get an eviction. I have the money now however due to the late fees attorney fees and parking fees AND ALL THE FEES TO SUCK YOU DRY, they dont care they will just say like property manager ---- name Gio " It's not my problem. Can you beleive that even Udanius Haslem Miami Heat star with millions of dollars get envicted from a lousy place like this.
The pool is cold, the jacuzzi hasn't worked for about 3 months, the walls are dirty always, the quality of people are business men and women but snobby at most parts. BUT THATS NOT THE POINT
The view I have is the only thing ill miss THE SUNSET PRICELESS....
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOUR CREDIT AND NEVER WORK WITH YOU, TWO MONTHS LATE I HAVE THE MONEY AND THEY SAID TALK TO THE LAWYERS ITS NOT IN OUR HANDS... Complete -------s , not my credit is tarnished after a score of 757 flying high but now diving...

Yes, an eviction is what usually happens when you're 2 month's behind on your rent .... What did you think would happen? Why are you upset about this? Why do you think you should be able to live in a bldg for free?

BUT THE POOL IS ALWAYS FROZEN...DO NOT TRY TO GET IN WITHOUT THE SUN.....AND IT CLOSES AFTER SUNSET..NOT ENJOY BY NITES..STAY HOME...HAHAHAHAHHAHA
