One Broadway is by far the best building to live in in Brickell. There are so many condo building around here that stick you with their maintenance bills and people are constantly walking into your home to see in case they want to buy. At One Broadway is a rental building so it's wonderful. The building manager and maintenance live in the building so any problem no matter how big is always taken care of right away. You can walk to all of Brickell's great locations like Segafredo's, Noveccento, Mary Brickell Village, etc. I strongly recommend this building. The infinity pool is awesome and the raquet ball courts are super!!

Well I am glad for you and yes you are right, but as soon as you start talking to everyone in the building they always say the management suck speacially GIO fake blonde B$%^&H , and because of 1 month late you will be sent to enviction and I am currently moving my S^&*T because she didn't give 3 rats about anyone, so my name and ss# went straight to the enviction process all for being late 1 month. ---- property management, everyone will have they're day. Pay $500 TO GET IN and destroy your life and the late fees thats where they get you. I dont recommend it period, beside the ammenities, people who work here are rude and not friendly. I rather pay more and get 5 star service... F$%^K this place ....
