I lived here for 3 years and loved every moment of it. I loved my apartment and the staff was always very kind to me. I liked walking around the track at night and never felt a safety issue. I read all the reviews but I am actually considering moving back to Palmetto Place. The set up allows you to meet and socialize with your neighbors and that was good for me. For personal reasons I moved up the road to Kings Colony and it was a move I regret totally. I visited Palmetto Place almost every day. I have to say the experience was positive for me. Parking, well that can get a little crazy but being from Manhattan I was just happy to have a place to park regardless of how far! I got all of my security deposit back without a problem and I do recommend this community.

This is the management writing these kinds of nice tail. First of all there is no track per say. There is a walkway which is hardly that with cracks and weeds coming out. Tennis court is chipped beyond recognition and security is the worst ever. We had three apartment robbed this month of August. YES 3. Cars are being towed left and right with no proof that the cars were illegally parked. You have to pay $121.00 to get your car back. Not to mention misery of missing work. This is a hell hole and I am so glad that my lease will be over soon.
