My fiance and I moved in July 2006 and planning on moving out in June. All was great in the beginning. The fees are outrageous! Example) First Floor add an extra $20 to rent, Second Floor add $100. For pets, its a $750 FEE with an additional $15 on top of your rent each month. The apartment was small but we expected that. The appliances are cheap. After the "new resident" attitude wore off on the management, they were downright rude. When expecting packages, they get snippy with you. Our a/c went out twice and maintenece took at least a week to fix it, rather patch it. Everything keeps breaking.

Our car was broken into and while on a three day vacatio, the maintenece men stole money and nitro r/c cars. And do you know what the office had to say, it's not our problem. The "gated" community is a joke. The gates never work and when they do you are tough out of luck if you don't get an additional gate key for $25. The parking lots are cramped and our cars keep getting banged into. There is constant traffic until 3am with people honking their horns. Illegal cars parked without tags or flat tires never get towed. Sometimes people don't want to walk for parking so they park right behind your car.

I totally agree with you ONE HUNDRED PECENT! My car has been broken into 2 times since I have lived here. The new tenant glory ends quickly. Parking spots are not even the right size. More for like extreme compact cars. And everything is "NOT THEIR PROBLEM" I should have left years ago.

Yes yes and yes......my apt got burglarized....managment said (oh really, it's not our problem. My lease is almost up.....oh yes and dog fees.......rent for the dog $25. I pay them because I did not have a choice but please...they steal from you from the first moment you get their.....the appliances are shity.....the whole deal is ------.
