When we first moved in we had no closet doors for the washer/dryer and the master bathroom, 8 months later and still no doors...Some bugs have appeared occasionally in the guest bathroom, also water would splash up from the toilet everytime it would be flushed as if the toilet has a mind of its own , back to the washer/dryer, the dryer requires more than one cycle for the clothes to actually get DRY! Front door had no weather stripping, which maintenance did replace though, walls had some funny looking stains as if walls were not repainted, dishwasher leaves hard water stains and food stuck on dishware, the sink in the kitchen was real tiny water splashes everywhere there too, the walls are thin and you can hear your upstairs and nextdoor neighbors in the bathroom etc. Parking is terrible, although on our side which is a 2/2 parking spaces usually were close. Not to mention the third night there when I FIRST moved in my car was TOWED supposedly because I held up two spaces which is crap since the spaces are tiny to begin with, cost me $120 bucks to get my car back, I can go on and on about Palmetto Place, my advice is to do some research before you sign a lease, me and my wife learned a valuable lesson.

I had my car towed too. They had assigned security (lol) to go around and place warning stickers on the cars that were wrongly parked or were in violation such as abandoned or immobile. My car had gotten a flat tire over night. The security decided it was "ABANDONED" due to its falt tire and because I park under a shady tree. The sticker was placed on my car at about 11pm. My husband went outside to throw out the trash and noticed the sticker on our car. He went straight to the secutiry gaurd (which he found sleeping in his car and had to wake up) and asked him why he placed that on our car. Security responded with "it looked abandoned". Ok, so it was my duty to get my father over to bring me a spare the following day. I thought you are supposed to have about 24 hrs to fix or remove the car to avoid it being towed! Well that was not the case at 12pm the following day I had my car towed. I had to pay $120 as well to get the car out! It was horrible! And by the way, office staff said nothing about the matter!
