First of all, the building is very old. So prepare getting stucked in the elevator all the time. I am not kidding.

Secondly, very dirty. I will not say everything in details, but there is croaches everywhere.

Thirdly, the maintenance service is really BAD. If you have something that doesn't work, like toilet flush etc, sometimes you need to wait for a long time to get it repired.

What i need to mention as well is the safty is also an issue there.
