THE WORST PLACE. FULL HOUSE OF COCKROACHES, GARBAGE, ELEVATOR NEVER WORKS. TENANTS AND PALS DRINK LIQUOR IN THE DOOR IN THE NIGHTS, A LOT OF NOISE. VULGAR, THEY BEAT AND STEAL INSIDE THE CARS
