The Apartment common areas are dirty, they leave the windows open and it rains in the halls, there is no flooring in the halls on most floors, they have a major roach problem, the elevators are 8 months past expiration certification, the lights are out in the stairwell most of the time and the management is the absolute WORST EVER. They deprive you of human living conditions and then threaten to evict you if your rent is ONE day past due or if you hang holiday decorations. Three weeks ago they came in my apartment "looking for a leak" and put a hole in the ceiling above my shower. It has yet to be fixed. We had water damage near the kitchen ceiling and their "solution" came a month later when the spray painted the spot. In any other city in America this would be deemed illegal, unsanitary, and unacceptable and the jerks running this place would be shut down.
