(user photo) This unsightly garbage has been here for 2 months and I told them...but is anyone in the office, ever? Nooooooo.... (user photo) Patches of sand for the kiddies!! And a playground with piss and obscenities!! (user photo) Sooo, you're gonna slap tape down, spray paint over it and call it tile? AND you expect this to be one of the reasons to convert to condos?

I'm looking forward to the closing next week on my condo unit in the newer buildings of Paradise Pointe. The construction and pricing is superb. All the units are well built, nicely situated, roomy and so conveniently located to US1 and the turnpike. That was my main reason for buing there!! Price, Style and Location. Couldn't beat it! Although my unit has a washer/dryer combo, the facilities of the shared residence complex appear clean and well maintained along with the sparkling pool and grounds.

It is obvious that the reviewer works for Paradise Pointe or Caribe Homes. The person who wrote the review should take their clothes off and allow a dog to place his dikk in their butt.
