Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Although the neigborhood isn't that great, the location is perfect, a garage for your car for a low price and it is only minutes away from the beach. I would highly recommend this place for those who are on a bugdet and students. The only downside is, it is close to Club Space and on the weekends you can hear the music.Overall, I loved living there, I met a lot of nice people on my floor and never felt unsafe.
