I had lived in the Park Place when they new managment take it for lease. Firts at all the first time you go there, you like it, but then start the problems. Im agree that the smell where really bad , I also had a neighbor from the black race that always he opened his door a bad very bad odor came out his aparment. The hallway always smell it like cigarrette smoke blended with past food and dog excrement , a really bad smell.
Next the Pool . imposible to take a bath in there , thousands of black people bathing thee without no respect splashing all the people arround, No place where to get wet even your finger. The Parking , completly a mess! If you dont go home early you wont find a place beacuse " other neighbours " where giving their guest parking spaces...
Ok the front deks , i dont know if they still have black people at there ,but the those that where working in my time where completly undfriendly. Im not a racist person , I have black friends of mine , but mostly black people without nice behave should not work for those kind of work. Well I finally stayed only 4 months before I take my things and Go .

Conclusion that apartment is really apartment for people without behave , no respect for other , and average people. Mostly black.

Maybe this person don't have the money to pay her/him rent and have a must to go. I live here from the past 7 months and black people that working here is friendly and Just doing their job. In the other hand the pool is almost empty. No people black or white in week days. Some nice black people almost models, managers,professionals and educated people that living here.The person that has writing the review knows that all people who living in Park Place by the Bay must have a monthly income three times more that the apt monthly cost and proof it when rent here. I completely disagree with this person. All people here is nice and friendly and EDUCATED with good jobs. Also you can't have a police record to rent. Outside...is other story. Inside we are living very safe. A note: I am a White One, that live here.
