Pro:
Beatiful views,units are in good condition, good location for clubbing, close to AA arena and bayside
Cons:
Management SUCKS!!! They will rob you for every extra cent that you have. For example, if you pay your rent 1 day late its $100 ..... the extreme penalties continue. Also, you cannot have ANY guest parking ... so if you have a relative come from out of town I hope that you have about a million in meter change ... or risk parking across the street where the chances of your car being broken into is 75% and your walk to the building will be accompanied by crack heads (for real) and the homeless (which are usually harmless). Oh, if you want to use the work-out facilities .... $50. The robbery continues. Once your lease is up, expect a $200 a month increase in rent. Please, save yourself, it's not worth it. I'm just trying to help. You will thank me later. I promise.

I'm living at Park Place by the Bay right now, and I'd have to agree. Although I haven't come up on my lease yet, so I don't know about the $200 increase.

They increase your rent every year for $100.00 dols. I was very happy at the begining but now I can't wait for finishing my lease. This place is a rat hole.
