It is pathetic to see how people from the building's management rated this a 5.0. This place is in the are with the biggest crime rate in the Dade county, forget going for a walk or to ride your bike.
The place is cheap, thats the only reason why I am here. The ayles are pretty dirty and every floor has its own smell, some like food, some others like the trash room. The parking spaces are ok, the problem is that if you get here after 9pm you wont find a place to park so you will have to leave your car agianst a colomn or in the middle of the way, because there are way more cars than parking spots.

The pool is very nice, big, and the gym is new but smaller than one of the studios, and they charge you for using it. Some of the apartments have a nice view. The neighborhood really really sucks, every night you hear some pple screaming and some times some people getting shot.

the people in the management office tend to be pretty lazy, i know they are busy, but they never get to work before you leave to go to work, and by 5 they are all gone...so the only day you can do anything is saturday.

I will rate this building as a 3.5, location 3.5, the management as a 2.0 , higine 1.5 the neighborhood as a 1.0 and the price as a 4.0. in overall, a -2.5- will be fear and i will recomend it if you cannot afford anything else in the area.
