Its amazing this building is still standing with the amount of work that needs to be done. The only good thing is that its near my job in downtown, other then that it sucks. The elevators break down on a weekly basis, hall ways and especially the 4 and 5 floor west lobby, waiting for the elevator, my god I have to wait with the door open so I don't choke on the garbage smell. Parking is a joke after 10pm, they tow cars without parking decals but they don't seem to understand the signs on the wall when it says tow away zone your car will be towed if you park here.... next to the collums... I've had many near misses especailly when another car comes flying down the ramps. The repairs take forever, I'm still waiting for a cracked window and carpet to be fixed 8 months after the hurricane. Walking at night or after the sun sets... you can kiss that goodbye... crack heads and homeless follow you for change. And for all those people who don't pick up after their aniamls, your worse then the stuff I step in...!!! Management makes new rules or do whatever seems fit as they go along. Overall its just a joke of a place. For the money I would spend a bit more and actually get a place that works and works for you. And Never Never ever rent on the north facing apt. during the weekends you'll hear the clubs all night and morning long.. you'll never get any sleep. And since I lived on both sides.. I would rather crank up my AC on the south side (sun beams in all day and its like a oven) then get zero sleep (or use earplugs like I did) renting on the north facing apts.
