I've lived here for over a year now and am satisfied. I agree with the previous statement that "you get what you pay for." Taking that into consideration, you really shouldn't complain unless you're paying standard downtown/brickell/SoBe apt. prices. You saw the area, smelled the smells, and liked the price. Why would you ever expect the building's area to miraculously change overnight, apt smells to turn into the fragrance of sun-ripen raspberries, and pay a Motel 6 price for a 5-star suite' It would be like being upset that the lemons you bought don't make wine when you squeeze them. It's clinically diagnosed delusion if you thought otherwise. Moral of the story: You should only live here if you're honest with yourself and know whether or not you want to "get what you pay for."
