I just had my rent increased 11%. Thats at least twice the cost of living increase over the past year.

My rent went up 21% this year!! I thought there is some sort of law about insane rent hikes? Still... slightly slightly cheaper than most places around here for 2bed/2bath. I am hoping to leave next year for a place a bit more expensive, but MUCH better quality.
