i wouldnt go so a far as to say this place is a palace, but its really not that bad. i think the only really bad thing is parking. i live in a three bedroom and you get one parking space free and one other one thats 45 dollars. if you have more then two cars- that sucks. but besides that my apartment is HUGE and when somethings breaks they generally are here the day i notify them. the lady at the main desk of the managment office is hilarious. alot of young people live here, so its a pretty cool place for college students, and its really pretty affordable. alot of the people complaining in other ratings are probably old- cause i really dont see too many problems with park place.
