Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
My experience was good. Never really had any problems with Staff or other Residents. It's a nice place and affordable. Includes Pool and Cabana, Convenient Store, Dry Cleaning, Laundry rooms, Community Center, weight room and covered parking. I loved it. The outside was a little uncomfortable because of the homeless people bothering you for change, but other than that it was cool. Management is not the greatest, but none the less pretty easy to deal with. I would rent there again...
