Ask about the Noise coming from the Clubs....because they won't tell you!

To summarize: If you move in here you will be sadly disappointed and frustrated! The management sucks and is not helpful. They treat you as if you should be grateful to live here!!! The laundry rooms are always dirty and the machines broken! Only 1 parking spot to an apartment. They enter your unit with out arranging an appointment, they just send a letter telling you when they are coming! The rent was raised after the first lease was up without notice. The carpet is worn out and old, the balconies are pealing paint, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart, there are cracks in the walls all of which was supposed to be fixed upon signing the new lease and never was. I signed the lease and then waited and started to call seeking the maintenance to fix the problems as promise and was constantly told they will be there you are scheduled, it has been 10 months.. still no maintenance! No bug person has been here in over a year and I keep asking and am told they came. I was in my unit at the time they supposedly came. Every time you walk outside the unit you are begged for money or drugs.
