I'll be very objective:
The bad
1- Staff(personal opinion you may like...)
2- Corridors smells trash everytime
3- Elevator breaks frequently
4- No place for parking around for guests due the clubs.
5- Cars parked around are frequently stolen/broken
6- Bad neighborhood Homeless all around the place
7- very, very noisy if you live north side(clubs and metrorail)
8- Some cases of steal (motorcycles)
9- Expensive for what they offer.
The good
1- Close to Downtown
2- Close to South Beach
3- Price relatively facing the other buildings around
4- Close to Metrorail and Metromover
Any doubt, ask about these items above to any tenant.
