I've been living here five years and have never had an issue with the building. The management, maintenance and security staff have always been more than helpful. The way i see it is, if you don't notice anything wrong they are doing their jobs. Vicky the property manager recently went out of her way to make sure I entered a raffle for a flat screen tv here at Park Place. When most people probably wouldn't take the time, she did. As a result, I won. It's going the extra mile like this that makes Vicky, Estella, and Linda an excellent staff.
