If you are serious about renting at this place, read this message completely. Before I signed a lease with them last year, I came to this website and read reviews from other residents. Everyone complained about the noise from the clubs. I thought, how bad could it be' I take my i-pod to bed anyway, and am not home most of the time on weekends. I was ABSOLUTELY, COMPLETELY wrong. The music is on for 12 hours EVERY Friday and Saturday night. Sometimes, it is on Thursday to Sunday. It is so loud, it reaches every corner of the apartment. The constant beats really get on your nerves. The south side of the building is not as bad for the noise, however, recently construction work has started at the Miami Arena location. This pounding and rattling noise begins at 7 am and goes on until 6 pm, even on Saturdays, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas. This building has been possessed by loud, continuous noise, not to mention the uncooperative, rude management, the issues with elevators, parking etc. One side of the building does have a good view, but is that really worth all these issues'

This is person in completely right. Its heel living in there. Thats due becouse of cheap contruction and no sound proof windows. they are not even rresintatn against hurricanes.
