Park Place by the Bay formerly Biscayne View
AVERAGE RATING

I have lived at Park Place by the Bay since May 2005. Before I moved here I did a little research and read a lot of horrible things about the building but I decided to try my luck, which worked out. The location is the best thing about the building. I have contemplated moving from here but I have not because it is so convenient to live so close to I95, Downtown and Brickell, South Beach and the Desing district. Since 2005, the building has improved, management changed for the better. Rent goes up every time I renew but it doesn't break the bank. Rent is still cheaper here than the newer buildings close by. The pool area is always nice. The garbage pick up in the morning can be a little annoying, my dog won't go near the truck so I cannot walk him if the truck is there. I have rented a two bedroom and I am currently in a townhouse type apartment with three bedrooms/two floors. When maintanance is requested they are usually here the same day or the next, depending on the urgency. I feel very safe here, security is very good. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The homeless that used to hang out in front of the building are gone, now we have ninth street as additional parking. Things have definitely improved. I have never had any roaches or rats in either apartment, pest control is scheduled at least once a month. I would recommend the building to anyone if looking for peace of mind, convenience and low rental fee.

I lived there for a year, and i just moved to a brand new place for the same 1250 a month. I dont have any problems of homeless i live right in front of Bayside. I have valet parking, wood floors. ANTI HURRICANE windows, no loud clubs, or loud contructions by my side. i live in a 35 story high. Park place dont even go that high.
Obiusly you did a reearch on the place but you didt do a research on the places next door.
thres a lot of investors going to foreclousere and they are willing to negotiate with you for a great price.! Brickell is one of the places with more empty apt.
I hope that the person that reads this doesnt make the same mistake that his person did. Do your research crap place by the bays, its not worth it...
