I have lived here since July of 2002. I moved here because the rent is cheaper than most places anywhere in the Miami communities.
I am a single female living on my own and I have never had any problems with safety or security of my personal belongings. It is a very quiet community here, everyone knows everyone. No one is afraid to speak to the management personnel if they hear too much noise or if there is shady activity going on. The management company is great, the office personnel is awesome and the maintenance crew is always willing to help. Unfortunately, due to my employment situation, I have to move closer to work but I wish I could take the entire building with me. I never have problems here with loud music, etc.
